Will i see my money again?

I returned an item to an address which i printed via the ebay return link address.The seller says i have not sent it back to his requested return address and keeps saying he will check his stock when he gets back home (sometime never it seems).I have proof of postage but no tracking because the item was only a few pounds.I paid by paypal but it is nearly two months ago and the guy is not answering my emails.Any advice?Thanks
