how di i authentic a boxset

hi i brought a dvd boxset that came from china i do not belive it to be a geniune copy but a pirate as it only plays blackand white and there is en eposied miss that is on a geniune one i watched from blockbusters.item came from china which ad did not state ,i opened a dispute with paypal now after 3 weeks they have contacted me gona copy and paste some of it (In order to continue with the investigation of your complaint, we mustrequest documentation to support your claim that the item is not authentic.Please obtain a document from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer,appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in thearea of the item in question (other than yourself), which clearlyidentifies the item as not authentic.
