I won an auction for an xbox 360 in august and paid by paypal straight away. After a week or two of not receiving the item I messaged the seller asking if everything was ok and he said he had not recieved payment. I checked my paypal accont and the transaction had completed the money also left my bank account a few days later. I have messaged twice since with this information and telling him how to withdraw money from his paypal account. Does this sound like Ive been ripped off?
