hi all, i won an item which was posted on the 31 august and its still not been received. also one on the 8th september. how likely is it that theyll turn up? ive filed a paypal dispute to claim back the money for the 1st item as seller isnt willing to refund me (and item wasnt sent using recorded delivery). just wondering how long to wait before claiming for the second item....is anyone else waiting weeks for items? thanks guys!
