Refunded but still have to pay

Hi, recently I bought some shoes 160356027426 and seller didn't want to send them saying they were mangled by his dog without any proof(I asked fo a picture)he said they were already thrown away.I think it was due to low price I won.I declined seller's request to cancel the transaction and I reported the seller for breaking ebay rules for not completing the transaction. I was refunded but now it appears in my buying reminders that I have to pay this item.What can I do now ? Can seller open a dispute for item not paid ? Thank you anticipated.
