Item listed as 'unworn' but clearly used

I was successful in purchasing a girls top which was listed as'unworn'. Now that I have received the item, it is quite clear thatthis top is second-hand and has been worn and washed. It is definitelynot new. Has this seller been clever in listing the item as unworn?This is not a term I am familiar with on e-bay. Should I contact theseller with regards to my concerns? I note that most people areanxious for contact via e-mail prior to any negative feedback. Anysuggestions would be welcome as I have only been a member on e-bay fora couple of months.
