Hi, i won a necklace 20 days ago and paid straight away but still haven't received it. i've emailed the seller 3 or 4 times asking if she has posted it yet but she hasn't repied at all. i noticed that 4 people have left negative feedback recently saying that they didn't receive their items but eventually got a refund. i tried to open a case with ebay in the resolution centre but every time after i enter the item number it tells me to contact the seller or ring ebay. have i been doing something wrong as i can't seem to open a case? thanks in advance for any help! the item number is 120461563958.
