morning allim in a bit of a pickle and have no idea what to do next.i sold a t-shirt yesterday.it was listed new with tags which is true.i started to package the item this morning and found 2 very small holes in the stitching.buyer has not yet paid for the item.isent them a message straight away explaining i dont want to sell a damaged item.ive had no reply yet.ijust dont know how to proceed from here as i want to be fair to buyer and e-bay.hope someone can help.many thanks
