no refund yet?

i agreed to get refunded for an item an posted it back to the seller on the 20th of this month but stupidly i didnt do it by recorded delivery. I have messaged the seller loads of times since then to see if they have got it but havent answered and i know they have been on since then as they have left feedback to people. Im just wondering what i should do about this as i think hes just took the item without refunding me!
