i returned an item after winning my paypal claim i put the tracking number in to see if they had got it yet but it said they had left a note to go and pick it up. i thought i would get a refund as soon as they knew i posted it? what happens if they dont go and pick it up im confussed as i have returned it but still havent been refunded? thanks again
