Conned

My husband bouht me this game [260467353764] which has turned out to be a copy on an sd card, have emailed him to say that we are not happy about this and have had a quite agressive reply, he has offered a begrudging refund if we return but could he accept the return and keep the money, plus why should we pay for the return when he has conned us. He said the time to ask questions was before the auction but when he shows photos of the boxes to me it looks genuine,what it anyone elses opinion and what should we do?
