How do I cancel an order..?
I bought a costume from an ebay seller but realised that I'd used the wrong card. Is there anyway to cancel the order so that I can repurchase it with the correct card? Please i need advice regarding this. Recently sold an item on ebay and had requested for payment to be by paypal or card payment. Now the buyer wants to come down to my house ASAP to pick up item and pay cash on collection. for security reasons, i feel uncomfortable about this although they seem to have good rating . i will rather recieve payment via paypal and post even though buyer said they live about 4 miles from me.

Item not perfect, but no returns...what can I do?
I bought a mug from a seller, who described it as Used - in perfect condition. It isn't. The mug is stained and discoloured inside with, I assume, tea stains and also has brown marks on the base. The seller described her policy on returns as "No returns accepted". Does this policy apply even if the item is not as she described it?

Ending early to sell at unlisted buy it now price
I have been watching an item, ready to make a bid, as it was listed as auction only. However, the seller has ended the auction early after a discussion posted on the item page which incudes the question "do you have a buy it now price" and the answer "make me an offer". Is this against e-bay policy as its fairly clear the item ended early after the seller accepted an offer to buy? I cannot find any way to report this activity which I find unfair to other e-bay users who are content to go about the usual process of bidding. Any one know how I can report/complain about this?

As a relative newcomer to ebay I am quite annoyed that 2 items I brought, one in Aug and the latter in Oct,haven't turned up yet. I know there are postal strikes all over the country and the big one is yet to come. Am I missing something here, do buyers have no protection, how do I get my money back. In future should I refrain from using paypal and wait till I receive goods before paying? The item that I brought in Aug I don't think I'll ever get, the seller is not interested as he has proof of selling and has my money. For the latest item I am still waiting the 15 day period before I go back to the seller. I was enjoying selling and buying on ebay but from these experiences Its put me off.

Listing cancellation
Hello. I was bidding on an item and got an email from ebay to say that the listing was cancelled, and that I could view the reason under the bid history. Ive clicked on bid history but can't see anything.It doesn't matter that much, but a while ago I had a bid retraction on an item I was selling, and couldn't find the reason either. Barred from ebay site - IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!!
I'm not sure if I'm on the correct site, but can someone help me with this problem please.A few weeks ago I bid on an item and won. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item so I emailed the seller who quite frankly was not too polite! After several emails back and forth she very reluctantly paid the money back into my PayPal account. A few weeks later I received an email from her saying that she had received the item back from Royal Mail and that it had been sitting in the Collection Office after the Royal Mail had posted cards through my letterbox. I explained to her that I had not received any cards from Royal Mail and that I was surprised because all the posties and delivery people know me very well due to the amount of my ebay buying. I asked if she would let me buy the item again, to which I have not even had the courtesy of a reply. I went back on the said ebay site and noticed that the item had been relisted. I put in a bid but when I was asked to confirm the bid, I had been barred from the site!! Where do I stand regarding this matter. Should I report her to ebay or should I just suffer the fact that this woman can pick and choose whom she wants to barr from her ebay site?

hi, i won appprox 23 dvds from seller wotnix.i requested the total from the seller.after which i received as request for each dvd to be cancelled, i was given the option from ebay to accept the cancellation or decline to cancel which i declined to cancel each one. i have heard nothing since, the listings have all dissapeard from ebay states the listing is over 90 days old? it was the 4 of oct this year.i also have no option to pay or leave feedback, this isnt fair as ebay stated a won auction is binding, so how can a seller get away with this?what can i do about thisthank you

Hi,Please could you give me some advice on action to take following the return of some software I purchased from a business seller via paypal.Sale date/paid for:29/09/09.Requested a return for refund from seller by email within 7 days. They accepted.Item posted back to seller by me on 5/10/09 recorded delivery. Signed for 6/10/09.How I understand it is..a) they have 30 days to issue a refund, starting from date item was returned to them (6/10/09 - 5/11/09)b) if i want to open a dispute within ebay I have to do it within the same timeframe that the seller has to issue a refund (6/10/09 - 5/11/09)c) i can open a paypal dispute within 45 days, but starting from date of sale (29/09/09 - 13/11/09) instead of date of return.Is the above correct, should I send a reminder to seller?I know it has not been that long since I sent it but I have not heard anything from them yet.Thanks

I bought and paid for an item using Paypal however before I have received it ebay have sent me an email saying the listing has been removed because it is in breach of their policy and I do not have to pay for the item. If I have paid they suggest I reverse the payment or ask the seller for a refund. I have emailed the seller with no real hope of a reply as looking at his feedback buyers are complaining he ignores all emails. Where do I go from here. How do I reverse the payment and if I can not do this will I get a refund from Paypal if the item does not turn up.
