hi all, i have a small question can anyone give a advice i bought christmas lights which were stated as excellent con to find that only a few out of two sets actually worked, on emailing the sellar he has said i can return them to him and he will refund me in full postage aswell! do i just send these back to him recorded delivery , any advice will be appreciated thanyou all, dawnx,
