the phone mp3 cannot continue playing , can ask for refund ?

was paid last wednesday for mini touch screen phone KA-09 2 of them , mp3 music u need to click 1 by 1 for listening , so i ask for refund but seller ignored the email been 3 days , how can i get refund as the item return accepted if faulty ,so mp3 player cannot play properly its faulty ?can ask for refund ?
