hi i sold a bundle of baby clothes item 110430342313...she is sayin that some of them r ok but some faded with holes in n there was a sweet stuck to the hat.she said they were not fit 4 the charity shop.i stated in the listing no returns accepted..i am confused as these items were checked b4 posting. i would not sell anything not fit for wearing they were in ex cond nothing wrong with them..do i refund her but deduct my selling fees n stuff n tell her to send them back but pay the postage herself..plz help how do i resolve this 1..i sold other clothes n had no problems at all now i will prob get negative feedback off her
