I have been bidding on a few toys for my young Son and throughout the bids I have been the top bidder, the majority of the time I have been at work when the bidding has ended and returned from work to find I had been outbid. Today however I was off and sat at the computer to witness the end of bid. Up until the final minute I was still the highest bidder then a higher bid was posted. I was asked to up my bid by a certain amount which I did on a few occassions, but still this was unsuccessful. I realise that e-bay don't inform you of rival maximum bids but surely if they are entering bids on bidders behalfs they shouldn't wait until the dying seconds to submit a higher bid. It is extremely annoying.
