bought 2 job lots from an ebay seller, they asked me to pay it as a gift through paypal, i refused to do this, paid through paypal as normal, however on collecting and examening the items, condition was very poor, there were fake cds, pirate videos, soiled clothing and many items fit only for the tip, i have tried to resolve this with the seller, shes refusing to accept return, refusing refund and being generally obstructive, what do i do now
