hi there i took out an item not received dispute after waiting for an item since august after many emails to the deller i got no response i have now taken action through paypal who are ivestigating but i now see a note from ebay saying this seller is no longer a registered user were do i stand as i paid for this item and the case is still open with paypal many thanks for any help i can get regards
