I have been unable to claim a payment sent several times by someone as the email address was spelt incorrectly. I sent the item anyway and asked ebay how i could claim the payment . The buyer says I have opened a dispute agaainst him and now has his payments on hold so naturally he is upset. My account says I have no open disputes so only assume that ebay has done this. I have a problem with ebay and paypal not the buyer so how can I help him out. I can't close it if the dispute shows as not open. Help
