Contacting seller by phone

Hi, can any one help me I have bought an item paid for 2 weeks ago, still not received it, I know the post is a bit up and down at the moment, so I have sent the seller 2 emails to see if its in the post, but have had no reply.So I wondered if someone could tell me how to get a contact phone number.
