(they claimed that you see the result within one month.) however they do have a year money back gurantee, and are very helpful when i demanded a refund..that was yet another failed product. i then came across ephedrasil hardcore, and the cutomer feedback on that product seemed very good. so i decided to try it.they claim that if you take the maximum dosage you get some kind of "buzz" and you get alot of energy. hoever i did not get the "buzz" nor the energy. i've been using it for 2 months now, and no results...not a single pound lost : (
