I want to warn buyers using paypal that it is by no means a safe and fullproof way of paying for goods on e-bay. I had a payment taken off my account 3x instead of once!!! The seller claimed that she only received one payment so i had to wait to check my bank statement. It showed the amount taken out of my account 3x!
I reported the matter to paypal who failed to resolve the case! As a result i lost out and paypal seem to be accountable to nobody!! So beware of this happening to you.
