Paypal

a buyer bought goods from me and they were sent normal mail rather than any type of recorded mail a few days after posting the buyer contacted me and asked for the tracking number for the item i explained that i didnt have one and he then proceeded to tell paypal he didnt receive the goods now if this is the case where are the goods. paypal have just finished investigating the case and ruled in his favour ordering me to refund 25 but if i have no proof of postage theni have no proof that he received them so he could be in receipt of the goods and a full refund

how on earth can paypal make this ruling when its his word against mine and i have feedback in the 400s proving that i dont rip people off.

HOW IS THIS FAIR

i am looking for alternative online payments as i have been put on limited service until i pay paypal the 25 (i dont think so)
