Phones are now available in shops and (most) auctions are legitimate.
Do not buy the new Nokia N95 on eBay yet! It is all a scam! The phones are not available until Q1 2007 (about january - april, auctual date not confirmed). Maybe a month or so before then there will be some real ones or preorders but now there are absolutely non available. Dont buy your just wasting your money.
Although the phone itself is not available yet, compatible accessories are!
This is because sellers use the keyword N95 in the title becuase it gets a lot of searches, and the accessory can be used with other devices.
