Tips for buying Brand New Make up/skincare/beauty

I have been buying designer cosmetics on Ebay for a while now. I have a few tips to ensure you don't get disappointed with your purchase if you want only brand new, untouched cosmetics.1. Even if a product is listed as new, it could have been tested/tried once. Under ebay regulations an item can be listed as new as long as it has no signs of damage or wear. So new doesn't necessarily mean BRAND NEW. Make sure you ask if the item has been tested/tried/used at all if it is not stated in the description.2. Some sellers create a huge description A long description enables the seller to hide any nasties. They overwhelm you with the all the waffle without telling you much about the product. Make sure the description contains what you need to know. If not always ask any questions.3. Be wary of purchasing from sellers that show on line images of the item. This is a popular practice for selling the Dior Limited Edition Charms
