Item is not new, but on discription was note new!! What to do???

Phone is not new and keyboard is not working. I was baying new phone as it was on item description. Seller is not coming back with answer. What I must to do now??Please, help me. It is 200 pounds for me is a lot.Thanks.

seller cancelled after auction endeed

hi, i won appprox 23 dvds from seller wotnix.i requested the total from the seller.after which i received as request for each dvd to be cancelled, i was given the option from ebay to accept the cancellation or decline to cancel which i declined to cancel each one. i have heard nothing since, the listings have all dissapeard from ebay states the listing is over 90 days old? it was the 4 of oct this year.i also have no option to pay or leave feedback, this isnt fair as ebay stated a won auction is binding, so how can a seller get away with this?what can i do about thisthank you

How do I make sure I get my refund?

Hi,Please could you give me some advice on action to take following the return of some software I purchased from a business seller via paypal.Sale date/paid for:29/09/09.Requested a return for refund from seller by email within 7 days. They accepted.Item posted back to seller by me on 5/10/09 recorded delivery. Signed for 6/10/09.How I understand it is..a) they have 30 days to issue a refund, starting from date item was returned to them (6/10/09 - 5/11/09)b) if i want to open a dispute within ebay I have to do it within the same timeframe that the seller has to issue a refund (6/10/09 - 5/11/09)c) i can open a paypal dispute within 45 days, but starting from date of sale (29/09/09 - 13/11/09) instead of date of return.Is the above correct, should I send a reminder to seller?I know it has not been that long since I sent it but I have not heard anything from them yet.Thanks

hi, i placed an offer for a pair of shoes, it has been 24 hours since i placed this offer and have heard nothing. i note after i confirmed my bid that eaby states they have up to 48 hrs to respond, why should i have to wait this long and i dont seee why the seller should take so long to reply.can i cancel this bid as i am now going to go buy what i need tommorrow as i feel i have waited long enough to get a response.thank you

I bought and paid for an item using Paypal however before I have received it ebay have sent me an email saying the listing has been removed because it is in breach of their policy and I do not have to pay for the item. If I have paid they suggest I reverse the payment or ask the seller for a refund. I have emailed the seller with no real hope of a reply as looking at his feedback buyers are complaining he ignores all emails. Where do I go from here. How do I reverse the payment and if I can not do this will I get a refund from Paypal if the item does not turn up.
